02 / Process

Process

What to expect from the first conversation through delivery.

01What does your design and development process look like?

The work generally moves through discovery, design, development, review, and launch. The exact approach is adapted to the project and explained in the proposal.

02What information do you need before starting?

It helps to understand your business, audience, goals, existing website or assets, preferred direction, and the problem you want the project to solve.

Your input is most useful during discovery, direction-setting, and review points. The level of involvement is agreed around the project scope and your availability.

We communicate through the channel that works best for the client throughout the project, including email, WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Telegram when appropriate.

The timeline depends on the goals, scope, complexity, feedback, and required integrations. A project-specific timeline is discussed in the proposal rather than promised in advance.

03 / Pricing

Pricing

How proposals, payments, project scope, and ownership are handled.

01How much does a website cost?

There is no public price list. Every project receives a custom proposal based on its goals, requirements, complexity, and timeline.

02Do you provide custom quotes?

Yes. The proposal is prepared around the project rather than a fixed package, so the scope and investment are clear before work begins.

03What factors affect the project cost?

The main factors are the goals, number and type of pages or features, content and assets, integrations, technical complexity, and timeline.

04What is included in a project proposal?

A proposal explains the recommended scope, deliverables, approach, project requirements, timeline, and investment for the specific project.

05Are hosting, domain, software, or third-party costs included?

These costs are discussed as part of the proposal. Commercial third-party licenses and subscriptions are normally the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Indian clients can use UPI or bank transfer. International payment methods are discussed during the proposal stage based on the client's location. Projects typically begin with an advance payment, with the remaining balance handled through mutually agreed milestones.
